I am armchair owner as I do not have the mean to own suprima. I really love the design and keen to give it a try over jap or korean or conti car brand. Not to mention racing version of suprima which look good in my eye (knowing its acquired taste)

Omg tested suprima at the autofest. The CVT is quite comparable to City IDSI CVT with addition woosh of torque from 1.7 rpm. My uncle said his preve CVAT is more jerky than city one. Perhaps proton have mod suprima CVT software? surprise with boot size, can swallow my road bike if put down the seats
Build quality wise in my opinion is comparable(perhaps better) to current gen city (no other benchmark to compare as city's are the only car that i actually owned and drive). Safety wise proton wins hands down. Handling wise i dont have chance to test as the test drive is only have straight and 3 turn of left's. anyway, i have no doubt proton have hit the nail with suprima s. Pity public perception on proton is lukewarm... Boooo I just hope the QC in suprima is good in the sense it will last more than 10 years Talked to r3 folks and they told me r3 going release suprima bodykit which are different from Super premium one This post has been edited by minizian: Feb 28 2014, 10:44 PM |
