My HU restarts back to the Proton startup screen every time I change from R to either P or D. It's quite annoying especially the music CD also restarts from song no.1.

Appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Been going to the one in taman Midah cheras for my previous car but HU matters may be too complicated for them.

Khairil said it could be due to the Canbus connection, so wanted to ensure a reliable service centre to resolve this matter.

Not sure which version though...I got the car two weeks ago but it's a 2013 year car. Will check later when I get off work.

Appreciate your advice.....Bluetooth of my HU is not working, the HU can't be detected by any of my devices(mobile phone, etc). Went to SC and it took them 4 hours to tell me that they can't resolve the problem. Am asking for any trouble shooting advice to test whether the Bluetooth function is working properly or not. Would like to try to resolve it myself than to leave my car with SC for long periods of time.
