My beloved "Waja (A) 2001" has left me bcoz it was involved in an accident which resulted "total loss".

I intend to use the insurance compensation as downpayment for a Suprima S Premium.

I wonder if any members from the forum know if the ECU in Suprima S Premium is the same with Preve or it has been upgraded to the one fixed in Proton Exora Bold.

Why I ask this question is bcoz Proton Exora Bold ECU has been tweaked by Proton which give the MPV better bhp/ torque and better fuel consumption.

I was given to understand that some Preve owners has reseorted to modify and/or upgrade the ECU from Racechip and EFR2T as follows:-

Since Suprima S Premium kerb weight is heavier than Preve @ 1395 kg versus 1340 kg therefore with power to weight ratio the Suprima S Premium is powerful than Preve. Am I right?

I saw the Fun & Cheer outlet at Taman Megah (PJ) next to Ming Tien Foodcourt sell OEM boot tray (small and big size) during CNY - you may check it out whether it is still available and if it fit Suprima S nicely.

The other alternative is to go to accessories shop to cut a floormat (carpet) and put it to cover the original carpet so as least it will protect it from getting dirty quicker.
