Hello folks, I just received my Suprima S Premium last week. Genetic Silver 2014. I've been reading this thread a lot for tips and troubleshooting and I hope to share some experience and knowledge here.

I'm still in the running-in period for this car but I can say that so far I am quite satisfied with its handling and on the road performance. The car is responsive and it feels stable when taking sharp turns. FC is not that bad at about 9.x L/100km for 100% city driving. Sound proofing was above expectation. During driving, noise level from the engine and transmission is low and at stops it's quiet enough for me to occassionaly wonder if the engine had died!

I had to manually update the maps on the microsd card myself and change some settings on the radio to get a clear reception/sound. No other major mechanical issue like unresponsive boot unlock or wobbly brakes. But there is a slight hissing/sizzling sound coming from the engine when it's off which I am still trying to pinpoint and figure out whether that's a problem or not. (it's definitely not coolant leaking).

It could be the equalizer. I had a similar problem when I first got my SS. Could hardly understand any lyrics or dialogue coming out of the radio. Turns out my equalizer was set way off to max bass/treble/rock music?. After setting it back to 'neutral' everything was fine with the speakers.
