har? why always need to visit sc? proton reject your case, void your warranty, no need visit sc liao lor. self DIY, fix yourself, outside workshop where it's cheaper and from people you can trust than shitty proton workers!

True bro, somehow i think in certain situation warranty will fork out ur money most....Car breakdown, send to SC, need to wait parts, leave ur car, proton cant give replacement, so u have to use public transportation...

But mostly no prob la....proton i see easier to claim compare to perodua....

Get my car today, so far no prob.... Only runchannel rubber on driver side window pinched and interior fitting not 'cun'...

As im upgrade from viva to this suprima, im satisfied with performance, handling and braking...Audio system good enough, i can enjoy a songs while talking to my wife at back....Only nvh not so good, can hear engine sound while idling, tyre sound while cruising... I believe door have good sound insulation since barely can hear other vehicle passing by, but noice from floor and firewall need to improve.

Go to SC. They will replace the rubber for free. Mine like that for passenger door. Did it during normal service interval.

Engine will be quieter once done more than 1000km
*
Tq for ur reply bro....

Yup, currently im listing down a complaint... Heheheheh... Will claim everything during 1st service....

Since i got 2013 car, only 1 thing i hate the most...watermarks is everywhere....Last nite done cleaning all glass, dis morning will cont cleaning at rubber window trim...Then only left on roof and hood, still searching is there any product to remove watermark on paint....
And i think my car production should be September 2013 onwards, since the tyre produced on 3613....

Interesting, something new about watermark issue. The rain water must be very polluted or the car is stored somewhere near the pollution area.
*
The car look clean, but when look closely u can see watermarks especially along rubber garnish at d door...

So today send my car to Mutiara Damansara sc, confirmed central lock actuator no prob, but door cant open...also claim for pinched runchannel at driver side window....

as for me, the body look clean.. but for the black parts near the run channel... there are water spot.. how to get rid of that?
*
user posted image

U mean the rubber rite?

I use windscreen cleaner, need to rub abit using soft rugs... And need to masking tape at door, cause abit abrasive to paint... After clean, apply some tyre wax to the rubber lining so watermarks won't easily built up again....

Later at nite i'll upload some pic....

Read through the manual and nothing on closing apps except display opened apps by long press HOME button. Pressing the HU power button doesn't close the apps but only switch to clock display.

The only thing dat bother me only audio playback... Need to find back prev song and start over...Else i don care, i don even use gps...Jus enjoying my new ride.... Hhehehhe
