for 250 i suggest u get a used bike which is 2-3yo.
problem with 250 is that it depreciates like hell for the first couple of years and many get bored and urge for upgrade in just 1 year or so. hence used 250 are plentiful with affordable price.
mind you that any beginner will drop their bike no matter how pro they assume they are. used bike is perfect as learner bike to trash around.

busa was once the fastest bike, but the design is farrrr too yesterday. looks like a clumpsy uncle-ish 80' sport bike (sry if any busa owner reading this)

with the price tag over 110k for a 4yo used bike, better get a new liter bike, brand new conti supersport s1000rr is at disposal.
