Did you use the LuCI interface, i.e. installing the package luci-app-multiwan? Configuring through the LuCI interface is more user friendly and easier for most users. Even though I prefer editing the /etc/config/multiwan file with vi editor through SSH with PuTTY.

Mind to elaborate more of your setup?

Do note that for load-balancing, each interface must be on a different gateway or Multi-WAN will fail.

maybe its more cheaper in lowyat plaza. this is price in sabah through laugh.gif laugh.gif

the reason is why i say this is cheapest because all load balancer that i survey are all in rm 500++ in price range, only this one with price tag below rm 300 thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

syahpian How do you connect your Maxis connection to this router? I assume you are using a USB modem.

I have two E398 which are USB modems. Assuming if I want to do a load balancer with these two connections, how can I proceed? I have 2xLTE connection which each connection has a speed of around 35Mbps, I want it to be faster. laugh.gif

Lastly, does this record as a single IP address or two IP addresses when you surf net? If I'm not mistaken Connectify Dispatch Pro will show two IP addresses which I will face issue when I download from my premium downloader. It may detect me of having two connections downloading simultaneously.

Thank you and my apologies in advance if my questions are very stupid. sweat.gif

Bumping up this thread
To sifus here who has setup load balancing
How exactly is the configuration?
If I have 2 modems, do both of them have to be in bridge or pppoe mode when connected to wan port for the load balancing router?
