Sounds like betting to me. If i already to purchased my luggage and meal, it will be a waste when i got upgraded to premium flatbed @@

Anyone recently encounter Duplicate booking?

This happened to me and the payment method i used was m2u, therefore the money already deducted from my account.

I have file the refund request to Airasia.
Is there anything i can do to make the process faster?
And how long will i get my money back? I will not accept Airasia credit as refund.

Appreciate if anyone can share with me their same experience.
