Hi guys
Need urgent help. I redeemed airasia e-vouchers frm Citibank and I have received it through email. I need to authenticate it . Entered all info and email, password and voucher password. But it prompted 'invalid password' When I sign in to airasia website, the same password no problem Advise plzzz |

I copied & patsed...can't go wrong. Problem is its d login password which is always invalid. I've  created 3 usernames @ airasia website & all with wrong invalid.  |
