Hi boss. I was surveying this area. For now the barrier of RRIM land is still there, which makes it abit isolated from the nearest happening area at KD.

As well chinese presence is still minimal hence chinese food is hard to find. Units at the apartments are hard to find for me due to largely bumi held units.

But I will certainly look into this area again in 3 years time.
