Some intermediate terraces hitting north of rm800k.
It would seems it is getting hotter and hotter still.
Connected directly to elmina township, HELP institute in operation, rrim, dash expressway, etc.

Adjacent to U5 is U4 which is opening up. U4 and U5 have good connectivity links to KL, PJ, SJ and Shah Alam. With the completion of the Sg.Buluh-Kajang MRT line, the development of the 1st phase of the RRIM land by Tier 1 developers,the opening of HELP University College campus and projects by Worldwide and Mahsing hitting the market, the potential for further growth is imminent. Give another 3 to 5 years, U4 and U5 in all probability will be a vibrant and self-contained new growth centre- to stay or to invest.
