uhmmm, i heard the workload in mclaren is very heavy. For instance, if other adjusting companies do about 3 assignments a week MSM will be doing about double that, per adjuster.

Salary i'm not sure. There's a really high turnover in adjusting companies in KL at least. For other cities is probably less.

I used to work for Crawford Adjusters for about 2 years.. Gotin as a fresh grad,  drawing basic salary of RM1,800.00 (pretty low I know for a graduate with a degree).  However there are ruminations that will help you sustain the job,  RM400.00 for car allowance,  parking and handphone bills are allowed to be claim. You are also given Outstation  allowances.  For the record,  I was based in a branch,  which salary are way lesser than KL-HQ

On average,  we take home monthly around 3k.. Based on my experience,  it's a very good job for fresh grads,  especially for those who wants to be in the insurance line.  However as for those who are not keen on being in the insurance line,  I'd advise don't waste ur time.  Coz as an adjuster,  the workloads often outweighs your salary.  That's my 2 cents.

So are you still an adjuster or did you go to insurer/broker side already?

Nah, done with the adjusting life for almost 2 years now. As of now, I'm working for Insurer as a Risk Engineer/Surveyor.

Ohhhh, I wanted to do that. Actually got an offer from one of the insurer but due to some reasons I had to decline.
