Check the market board for HQ scale armors and find a price not too low that you under-cut everyone, and not too high that people won't buy from you.

And as a lancer, I can attest that HQ scale armor is sought after. We had to stick with it till we get steel.

Pretty much. And people can even use this to manipulate the market, by having people flood the market with it till the price drops like my pants, then they swoop in and buy in cheap.
