Guys will a flat battery unable you to unlock your car using the remote?

My car when I press the remote you can hear a faint beep and the lock does not open. I have to unlock it using the manual way, and then the alarm sounds, very faint horn alarm like its about to run out of juice and press the button on top of the air in to shut the alarm.

Then I try to start I can't. It won't crank. Now the red light on the dashboard keeps
blinking.

Right now I'm coming up with conclusions lol

1) my car alarm system screwed up unables me to start
2) or my battery is just flat

Persona second hand model. Believe it's 2010 model

Hahaha fart good way of describing it. So I need to send it for repair agn tomorrow.
