Original rocker cover seal - RM45
"3M" silicone seal - RM15

3 T wrenches - RM54
Ratchet Wrench set - RM32
It was quite annoying trying to clean the place where the rubber and the silicone seal is supposed to touch, cause there will always be some contact with the oil covered parts. There are also many sharp edges around inside.

I'm also not facing any problems so far from pressure washing the engine bay, except that water will gather on the gearbox and the IAFM cause of their shape.
Oh.. and don't absent mindedly try to wash your hands with the pressure washer
