All SC that provide collision repair service will have a insurance claim guy that will help you deal with insurance.
Last time I buttsek ppl, I left my car at SC, just give key, the guy go my car c c look look, then sign the form then ok liao. Wait for him to call back and collect car only. No need deal with insurance guy and etc. But of course u need to inform ur insurance and also let them know where u leave ur car to repair.

Estimate to leave ur car min. 1 week la depending on how long it takes for ur insurance adjuster come c ur car.

IINM the center panel, there are couple of screws ?
meaning you can remove the center frame from the dashboard assembly ?
can anyone pinpoint the screws location if there is any ?

Tried to reach the center left aircond vent from glovebox hole but seems like its not from inside.

change all the parts new only since you are claiming insurance.
you claim RM100 only, you lose ur NCD.
you claim RM1,000, you still lose ur NCD.

SC issue lor. Plus I am enjoying step by step upgrades. Like that only can fully enjoy the upgrades.

I did with the following comparisons.
Its only 5k difference from 1.3 > 1.6.
Yes, very close to Persona B line but I figured that 1.6SE is lighter than Persona so it will give me better vroom vroom experience.
But I prefer Persona's hydraulic boot and more solid doors.
It was a close call to both actually, almost went for the Persona but got attracted by the Saga bodylooks more than Persona. Also not to mention the CVT.
Then it was at the same time (End of 2012 - Feb 2013) I knew Persona will be replaced by Preve (at that time dono the name yet). SA confirmed this to me and he also agreed with me that the new Preve will cost some where in btw 65k to 80k because that is the price segment that is missing at that time (with Persona and Waja already gone) after the launch of Inspilah.
In the end went for the 1.6SE even though there is no discount from Proton knowing that Persona will be replaced !
