Rocker cover rubber gasket senget/harden/bad installation. Replacement gasket RM48.50. According to coolkwc include labor is only RM65 in Plotong. Besides, you're under warranty whistling.gif

Gasket is not covered. Its a wear and tear item. Like brake pad.
*
9000km only, it's NOT wear and tear. If it is, I hope it happen to your car so you know how it feels. Alignment is wear and tear item, as soon as you drive the car out of SC, you figured the steering wheel pulling 1 side, do you go back and claim warranty? Or you need to pay for the alignment? Check your service booklet, the rubber seal is meant to last atleast until next timing belt change. Not 9000km. Please atleast encourage people make an effort to claim.

Day 1 of NGV experience:

Did testing see cold start effect ... failed when cold start if the temperature haven't up to 2 bar change to ngv will direct die off ~ mean need warm up before changing ..

Testing on running ... 2-5 gear no problem .. 1st gear low rpm bo lat go up hill have to press alot of gas if not will die off consulted mengsuan he said can go back and tune the EeeeSeeYou

idling to run -> when release half clutch rpm drop to 0.5k then restore back as per mengsuan can tune it smile.gif

Saving ~ huat arr  full tank 11.65 (but pay cash no change for 5cent so have is 11.70) currently clocked 140km left 1 bar ... petrol still full tank smile.gif

no idling jerking, no overheat issue, temperature normal ~

and good thing is no need RSB d ... coz solely with a 66kg NGV tank is damn9 stiff ~ can ask reapers how it feel

Hi everyone,  lame dah x post dalm this forum.... haha...

Anyway, my car just met its first major accident. A friend borrowed my car and langgar bontut lori... so, I guess kene repair lah kan...

Now the question comes, should I alang2 accident, change bodykit and ketuk the car and change windshield, or should I not change bodykit and only ketuk and paint.?

But I think the more important question is,where do you guys think is the best place to do ketuk, repair, repaint and body kit job...

I am very noob in this sense and am really in need of dire help...

Hope all sifus and none sifus can give some suggestions...

I believe some will ask for pictures so I'll try to upload them once my friend sends me the pics of the accident...

1) Yes, tolong pamerkan gambar kemalangan dulu. Mau tau jenis keta, bodikit yang berada skang, kerosakan bape terok.
2) Area mana lu tinggal? Takkan I kasi rekomen werksiop kat Seberang Prai malah kau tinggal di Muar kan doh.gif
3) Ada buat tuntutan insurans?
4) Bodikit boley carik abang SiuYi, biase werksiop yang buat makat/sembur cat tiada buat bodikit so hang kena bawak sendiri.

Hi all, attached is the gambar of the accident...

I also live in bukit beruntung near rawang there..

Not claiming insurance because need do police report, and I was not the driver (insurance for me and my father name and passenger only)

I also found someone saying perkifa autospray can do ketuk, cat and bodykit if I alang want to change from stock... anyone heard of the shop?
*
I forgot the workshop name, tapi kalau dari Rawang => Kuala Kubur Baru direction, jika mau masok Bkt Beruntung kena mau belok kiri kan? On that T junction belok kiri, immediately on the left is 1 big workshop. This 1 quite reputable because tauke used to be champion painter. Review and rating pretty high. I personally visited that workshop twice to do some assignment from my company, met boss twice. I'm not sure whether they provide bodykit upgrade at the same time. May be you can drop by and pay the shop a visit first, you may address the boss as Mr. Liao.

I wish to inform, I'm not anyway/anyhow affiliate with any workshop mentioned. Since you're paying by yourself to repair the car, you're going to really research properly on any workshop recommended.

QUOTE(CKH2012 @ Oct 4 2013, 03:46 PM)
Got my saga sv last week (after waiting for 2mths). Meter, not BLM type, gearbox, 5MTT20.....
Rpm at 80km/h ~2300-2400.

No rattling or 'tikus' sound (not yet or may be will not have), but the cabin is quite quiet and it feels solid when going thru potholes or bumps.

FC, not that bad, rm50 for 303KM (air itam-bayan lepas-air itam on weekdays). Brakes, sufficient if driving within the speed limit.

Engine sound, loud especially with air-con on, my previous 14yrs iswara engine's is more quiet than this.

Wipers, there are tick and tack sound when going up and down. Most probably from the relay. If annoying, can go and change the relay.

Overall, a decent car at this price.
