why drag until 6,000km. . must be stewpid SC go put because 1,000 + 5,000 = 6,000 km 
It is better to change at 5,000 km because when engine new, inside got alot fine metal debris due to friction.
First 10k, please try to keep to accurate routine.

UPDATE re GY Duraplus Sidewall Plies... 1 or 2?

Me got voice call from GY Msia HQ earlier this afternoon...
Asked 4details & 2provide the DOT info, which gives the tyres serial ref#...
Then me was told he wld get back 2me after chk-ing with Factory ppl...

Got another call abt 30+ mins later...
Was told their ppl wld b coming up North 2moro & if me cld meet them @their Authorized Dealer here.

The plan was 2exchange 2new tyres for those so-embossed "2-ply" tyres....
They will take those tyres back 4further investigation...
Seems the 1-ply (on both outer & inner sidewalls) tyres, are the correct ones...

The "2-ply" ones are a mystery 2them... 

Pls wish me luck that 2moro's exchange goes smoothly w/o probs...
