I know what item need to be changed, none of it is 'recommended' by them.

I bought all the parts myself from SC on Saturday, plan to ask bawah pokok mechanics to install later. After search alot and been quoted >RM100 for all this things to be done, i just go back to the same SC with my parts purchased and ask them to change.

The parts i searched through the part list which available online, and the price is exactly same as the parts i purchased.

Item 1, all items must change together.
Item 2, adi alots of crack developed along the belt, and is wayyyy overdue.
Item 3, start leaking since 60k mileage.
Item 4, initially just change for play safe, but after mechanics dismantle timing belt he found the ori one adi start leaking.
Item 5, never flush since 20k mileage.

Spark plug i changed outside @ 67k mileage, now still 'new'.

Anyway, water pump you can choose not to change, but old water pump assy just using thin-like-hair rubber gasket, mine adi start leaking, thats why i change the whole assy. The new pump adi improved with gasket like engine top.

4. Just ask SC guy to check whether got leak or not, if no then skip it...but u have to pray hard it can withstand another 80k until next timing belt change, else labour cost alone can buy u a new pump.

After done all, i just bought an oil filter from SC and go outside for oil change...they ask me why not do it sekaligus, i said don't want to let u earn RM70 labour for that...

actually ur accident site there got small traces of oil. could be leftover from previous accident and when it rains, it floats on top of rain water.

and that oil isn't from your wrecked car.

very fast only geh...the most time consuming is water pump replacement which u skipped, others very fast only...2 hours can finished adi...

If need to queue different story la...

Once the mechanic incharge ur car, it can finished within 2 hours for just belt change...last time i wait and see them service mine for almost 3 hours...

Unless the mechanic cabut a nut then go servis another car, cabut a nut do others thing again...but that one u have to worry whether they will forgot pasang balik or not.

But honestly separate boot and cabin by just a piece of cardboard is laughable lo...never seen sedan car like our Saga...I bet how lousy the SV one also better than our none at all. Not really agree when they said the bar for SV not serve for the purpose and useless just based on the 'look'...

That one is just to separate the boot from the rear seats, no improvements on handling whatsoever (notice it doesn't have a horizontal member like 3max / UR?

He bought a BLM and he thought is god car that can tapau all car, especially Altis during genting uphill.

So he had a 1st accident, no major damage on his brain, so he continue to host few Saga thread.

Then his god car got legendary overheat problem, and he start to rant.

Then come to 2nd accident which damage his brain heavily...since then we can hardly differentiate he is troll or serious.
