Just joined the forum as I am looking for information online and finding very little on 8scape.

I am interested but not vested and would really appreciate some advice on this project! I/m thinking it's been overlooked as there is not a lot of comment on it on forums or on the internet.

But...it looks like a decent development with a low psf. Halfway between JB and Nusajaya...right off the new coastal highway...is this potentially a good buy as an Iskandar freehold condo?

I'm worried that I'm missing something. Everyone's going nuts for the Danga bay area - but not this development?

Thanks for the reply Glcotan! Ah - do you mean that Kip is not a 'premium' quality developer, so that is reflected in the price? Or does it mean that the development quality won't be very good when complete?
