Hi guys. Just wanna share my experience at Kuching Samsung SC (Jalan Song) 2 days ago.
At first I have this problem :

If you look closely around the home button, you can see something like corrosive effect (I dunno how to put it correctly

). IMO, maybe due to my usage of jelly bean button (just my wild guess). I delay my visit to SC because of work. But a month later, at the left side of the display, on the bezel, appear something like a line of air bubble about 5 cm lenght. It really pissed me off.
Yesterday, I took a day off & went to SC. At first, they don't want to repair it as they mention that the defect does not interfere with phone operation. After I beg them that I don't want to live with RM2k+ phone which cacat, they agree. Just after 1 hour they ringed me & asked me to collect the phone & to my surprise, they replace the whole panel (LCD & gorilla glass) for free. They even applied free screen protector & give me an organizer book.
In short, Samsung after sales service is the best. For those who have problem with Samsung phone, i recommend you to try your luck at SC.
