+1

Was thinking to lift my ban over this brand for this T100 despite lousy after sales service for my last product which I sent in three times, still asked me to resend for repair -not replacement for a 2 months product.

Still, I shall ban this brand after all.

Rather go for Dell Inspiron 11 3000 better choice.

Are you sure it was Asus?
It is impossibru. Asus has been worshiped as No.1 brand in terms of quality.

Is Asus Transformer T100 Chi a good investment?
Mainly for ms office use, movie, internet and light gaming only.

No. Go search for Onda v919 Core M.

The best you can get for now.

it look nice but doesn't come with keyboard

I personally use Microsoft Wedge keyboard.
There are many BT keyboards you can choose from.

2 reasons I strongly recommend Onda V919 Core M, reasons that are related to the embeded hardware (meaning you can't change) and way more important than a keyboard for a tablet IMO.

1) Core M microprocessor, which is way more powerful than baytrail and x7-z8700.

2) SSD is way more faster than eMMC. To be frank, eMMC as slow as turtle. I have owned many Windows tablets. My advice is, stay away from eMMC.

Interesting! I have an Acer Switch 12 Core M and it's great with a detachable keyboard with trackpoint built in, though battery life is below expectations (though not a big deal, I'm never far from power).

Do you mind me asking some questions?

1. Price and supplier? [RM falling will increase price I know]

2. Typical battery life?

3. Power brick - nice and small or a brick?

4. Wifi and 3G performance?

5.Dual boot fine, or no need?

6. Can it use an Ipad case?
I too have a wedge keyboard but found I like chiclet keys much more.

Thanks!

1) Aliexpress. Many cases, tempered glass screen protector, other accessories to choose from.

2) 5-6 hours, Internet browsing with Chrome & youtubing.

3) Small power brick. I leave that at home most of the time.

4) Wifi is good enough. As good as my Surface 3. I didn't use 3G since I use my handphone as wifi hotspot.

5) I already removed Android OS. You don't need Android OS once you have Windows OS tablet.

6) I use Ipad Air sleeve case.

I recommend it as a tablet, as a 2nd or 3rd computer, which you can hold it with a hand while you wait for your flight at the airport.
