This monster is not the most comfortable handset to hold but surprisingly it fits into my pants' pocket. Mind you i'm wearing size 27 pants. Since more than 95% of the time I'm using my handphone for texting and surfing and rarely for handling calls, i found this phone great for my daily use.

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Sep 16 2013, 02:59 PM) Well for some people, most of the time they are not using their phone to handle calls, myself included. Sometimes I don't even receive or make any call in a week. I only make make calls when it's really urgent or I need the response ASAP. Whatsapp ftw lol~ |

My experience with xzu is so far so good. Eventhough it seems like a lot of people here are rejoining samsung bandwagon, i believe a lot of xzu users out there are satisfied with this device and going to keep this phone. Afterall most of you guys here are gadget freaks with loads of money to spend (or waste?). for me (and many others) I'm not going to change a phone so fast just because of some minor bugs. It's my had earned money.
Btw, I just used my XZU in front of my friends and they were like wow! that phone is so big! LOL.. I just smiled and they praised the build quality of XZU. It's quite heavy but feels relatively light in my hand. One of my friends even say my phone bar is delicious like a chocolate bar |

QUOTE(thatisazam @ Sep 20 2013, 09:54 AM) Yup, I think the bezel is necessary and useful especially when the phone is held in landscape mode. Since the screen is big, the thick bezel is not that noticeable unlike those in z1. And since I'm using it most of the time as a mini tablet, it actually looks OK (compared to other tablets)This post has been edited by diesterntaler: Sep 20 2013, 10:06 AM |

I noticed the speaker volume of my XZU after being washed is not as muffled as my xz speaker. But so far I've never tested to submerge it underwater like I did to my xz.

Since you just bought your phone why don't you try to ask your seller if they can replace it for you

Just went window shopping for gadgets yesterday. Suddenly all other mobile phones felt so tiny. Even those 5' phones look so small to me. I hope mobile makers will produce more phones of this size for years to come so that if I wanna upgrade my phone I can still enjoy the big screen.

QUOTE(un_id @ Sep 27 2013, 05:28 AM) Exactly same feeling mate.. Haha. +1I bought the casing because I was scared the screen might easily get scratched due to it being so thin and large, but after few days using it, I decided to take it off and using my xzu naked. Just like my xz, I couldn't stop admiring its beauty and solid build, and it actually looks much better than my xz. I'll just wash my xzu if there's too much fingerprints on it. |

QUOTE(rayzrblade @ Sep 27 2013, 07:22 PM) Just started using sbh52 today, So sbh52 will notify messages from Whatsapp and line too? That's good since my smartwatch can only notify incoming sms. I hope I will get my sbh52 next monday. So far so good. Was surprised that some of the apps that supports smartwatch work On this too. Line, whatsapp msg will scroll on the one line screen. Loudspeaker is clear but don't expect much bass or what..just like those on average smartphones. |

I don't think xzu is neglected. We had some updates earlier. It's even advertised in tgv cinemas. But it's more for niche market. Xzu is just not for everyone because of its rather large size.
