We're gonna be going for one design case. There are two types of it. One is RM44 and another is RM49. We'll be going for the RM44 one as it looks better than the other. Pictures example, thanks to Andrew_1980.

IMHO no comparison, note 3 looks like S4 due to the small screen size. The back part has improved with textured plastic but the side bezel still looks like cheap plastic painted over with chrome like paint. Samsung still fail to provide premium look for their phones

After using HTC One and Sony XZU I can no longer accept fake leather plastic and fake chrome with cheap paint finishing for the bezel. Sorry but Samsung needs to improve quality before it will make me switch. For me note 3 is not much difference from s4 except for the pen which many people do not use.
