Havent played bard(levelling one though.. ranged dps ftw xD) YET but IMO BLM shouldnt be nerfed as of now. Thundercloud/firestarter activates gcd which reduces potential dps. CMIIW but, bloodletter doesnt even use gcd right? Other than the 12seconds cd or windbite/venom bite procs? Might be biased but mehh
