need to have proper knowledge of how the suspension work before u go slam the shiat out of your car to make hellaflush, hellafail, poke and gos knows what.
basic is here, you need a proper coilovers, hard enough to absorb the bump and minimize the wheel travel, need to adjust the camber to flush the tire from the wheel arch, and need to knock the wheel arch and fold the arch to make sure it is flush.
then you will have no problem using stretch tire with extreme offset rim.

QUOTE(sanadi @ Sep 14 2013, 10:07 AM) Looks more like tyre failure rather than rim problem. What happened? rim poked out too much, every time the wheel travel upward, the tire hit the wheel arch. in long time, the tire pecah

QUOTE(ar188 @ Sep 14 2013, 07:19 PM) then it's not a stretching problem, offset and width of rim causing the tire to rub against the wheel arch.. if minor issue, there is a service called Rolling the fenders.. to make the edge of fenders fold upwards.. i mentioned rim poked out too much right?

some people just trying to archive those kinda look, but without proper knowledge and didnt made compensation for the wheel to clear, such as harder spring rate coilovers, knocked and fold fenders, proper tire size for stretch, not to overstretch. some tried to do that with limited budget. so they bought some crappy lowered spring and slam the shite out of his car. using super offset rim and cheap tires. well, i personally love tucked and fitted vehicle. not hellaflush or slam as f*ck. something like the photo below (the Nissan B13) .
