i dont really suggest your wife to get a touchscreen laptop. constant poking the screen across the desk is really tiring and may loosen the hinge, unless you are getting a convertible/hybrid laptop. frankly, touchscreen is just a marketing gimmick. anyway, i will suggest along 14 inch laptops as well, as there are more lightweight options on 14" with that pricing.

thanks for the reply. yeah I have been thinking of buying hybrid laptop. been searching and found Lenovo Yoga 11s will suit my wife's need. what do you think? do u have any other models in mind?
