if want to extend warranty dell to 3 years need to do online or with the sellers? and how much is it?

Need a recommendation.

1. Preferred Brand: Dell, Hp, Lenovo
2. Budget: Around rm2k+-
3. Usage: Programming, multimedia (photoshop, video editing), light gaming (COD, Battlefield, Saints Row 4)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14" and not too heavy.

but the price at the shop is rm1999 with extended 2years warranty = 4years warranty in total. is it a good deal? and is it meet my usage?

just around my house. they said that laptop just arrived to their shop. and its quite hard actually to find laptop with haswell processor around here..
