just around my house. they said that laptop just arrived to their shop. and its quite hard actually to find laptop with haswell processor around here..

Open lots of tab (and I mean lots and lots of tabs), you may need more RAM.
Watching movie, any Intel IGPU can handle this.
Video editing - CPU processing power.
File download - any laptop can handle this.

Although the Inspiron 14 7000 is not exactly smaller than 13"; if you can afford it, then go for it. Its sort of a Windows "MacBook" (quoted from a fellow forumer haha ), which is a good description of what it is. A premium notebook with specs that make sense. And of course, suitable for your usage
