Guys anyone interested to buy subsale from this project?
I got a female colleague holding 450sqft studio unit and 1 brother in-law holding 9XXsqft 3/2 unit... they are considering to let go if the price is right... |

Just a question for any owner already purchase...
Whats ur current rental rate for this place? The 3bedroom bought for ard 570k 2-3 years ago iinm... I see in mudah they offer as low as 1.7k rental... 😳😳 So low? |
