Guys anyone interested to buy subsale from this project?

I got a female colleague holding 450sqft studio unit and 1 brother in-law holding 9XXsqft 3/2 unit...

they are considering to let go if the price is right...

Sri muda cheaper to maintain, and almost all buyers that i survey in our whatsapp group is lower middle class family ppl bougjt for own stay 😊

Whats ur current rental rate for this place?

The 3bedroom bought for ard 570k 2-3 years ago iinm...

I see in mudah they offer as low as 1.7k rental...

Heard fully furnish and rent out to the doctors working at DEMC raye quite good...2k-2.2k...

Also doing homestay good coz location...but homestay/airnmb need lots of work and time
