yes due to hospital is a partner of Monash University
so expecting medical student or doctor from other states to rent the place in the future

Any update from vista alam... saw the ad for soho 714sqft price at 400k++

now price at Rm 650 psf.. after receive cf estimated around Rm 800 psf.

Now selling Rm 650 psf with 10% discount. Developer is my relative

doubt it. leasehold & commercial. this is shah alam - no BKT, no pub so don't think there will be any "spillover" from klang or subang jaya
- so what kind of business & people staying are we expecting here? nearby subang west's (shah alam address oops) condo is selling at less than rm650pf.

Nowadays most of the property in Shah Alam shoot up to min RM600 psft. Even Skyz@ Jelutong, which i went for their launvhing last 2 weeks, selling at RM650psft with only 5% discount.
