Pardon me, but I can't find a thread where we list all FC recruitment, with information such as requirements/play-style/timezone/server/etc.

So here I go:
I play exclusively on Masamune server.
Love this game, going to subscribe for sure, I think over this weekend I'll finish the story line as a lv50 WHM.

Plan to level all battle jobs...not sure if I'll level all crafting/gathering jobs, but most likely will aim for that too.
Not exactly a hardcore player, playtime is limited to about 1 to 3 hours on weekdays, much more on weekends.

This game is a gem, I am not going to rush it through, trying to savor scenery along the road.
Prefers a more casual style guild. For me, it's more about community & fun, rather than being "1337".
I'll try finding FC on this forum first, but if I can't find one, guess I'll have to try official forum tongue.gif

Again, would be nice if we can have a thread listing FC recruitment.
Thanks!

Originally, Crystalier FC is the only FC available in masamune but since they are not taking any more
new members into their FC i guess its best to maybe transfer server when the option is available

Crystalier FC is not really not accepting any more members, i think they have enough member for most class, except maybe healers.
You may contact Shojikun for more info. smile.gif

I myself and a few of my friends are currently in a SG fc in masamune,we're having fun there
& the best is the fc does not discriminate.Every player deserves a chance and even legacy player's
doesn't hold any special treatment in our fc biggrin.gif

Yeah me too, i am in Masamune and still looking for FC. Given my playing style which is "very casual", i doubt i will get into any FC, as i understand most are progression oriented.
Maybe when i am finally 50, i may be more progression oriented. I am in no hurry thought. smile.gif

I am also entertaining the idea of transferring out of Masamune once server transfer becomes available, no point choking up an already crowded server. smile.gif

No worry, just enjoy the game 1st. Joining FC may come later.
Transfer to another world if u recognise a good local FC. Unless u found 1 in Masamune.
FF14 is the 1st mmo, i dont felt much stress to speed progress in battleclass. But instead it forced me to go crafting/gathering. And i enjoy it.

Me too, I play in Masamune and really employing a laid-back attitude with some time to do some fishing, admiring the scenery and just exploring every nook and cranny. Totally no rush to get into the grind. Having said that, it'd be cool to have a more casual FC to belong to. Perhaps a server transfer would be a good idea after all. I'll have to follow this thread closely. biggrin.gif

Thus far, Masamune community has been great, I really do not have the slightest plan to switch server.

There's enough people around, not too crowded (except in some FATEs, but that's normal), not too few. Never had issue with not enough quest monster, probably because it's a legacy server.

Getting into Duty Finder has been quick and easy, probably because I am healer? Not sure, but I always tick J E F D, rely on macros and in-game translator to work with non-English speaking people. The japanese have been very polite and co-operative, seen 1 English jerk, but that's all, the rest is ok.

I see raise requests, and usually they are answered pretty quickly, so quick that the player already raised before I reached the coordinate.

I read that a lot of other servers have gil-spammer, but thus far it's a rare sight in Masamune.

Playing in legacy server also means that I get to see a lot of items/armors/mount/whatever that only obtainable by legacy players, so that adds a lot of uniqueness and it's fun to meet all kinds of different people.

So...there's really no reason for me to jump ship. I'm pretty happy with Masamune smile.gif

EDIT: And I am curious...anyone on Masamune but plan to transfer server? Why? Maybe you are aware of something that I don't? Please share. Thanks.
