Sold long time ago.

Too much market share, not easy to push up.
Too little dividend.
Don't forsee injecting new assets under the portfolio in short term for more rental income.

Now see gomen funds coming

Let me update you on MV car park during last Wednesday (Selangor public holiday but KL is working)

At 12PM, the car park is full as expected
And I was so AMAZED by the innovative of the cars being parked

You imagine,
As long as got tiang / didnt blocking the road / didn't blocking other cars to get in/out,
that's is PARKING LOT!

I did the same, left my contact numbers on the dashboard, and went for my shopping & movie.
No clamping or whatsoever when I leave.
The parking is literally insufficient!!
In other words, kaching for the management like IGBReit

I know evertyWed is cheap movie ticket day.

But I dont think it applied to Public Holiday.

I went to Signature GSC instead.

I just got to know from the latest Personal Money magazine that InsiderAsia (from TheEdge) no longer holding any Reits in his portfolio.

I guess his Sunreit breakeven but he profited from the dividend throughout the years. Qcap should be still ok.
