You still having IGBREIT? I thought you disposed this long time ago.

Sold long time ago.

Too much market share, not easy to push up.
Too little dividend.
Don't forsee injecting new assets under the portfolio in short term for more rental income.

Now see gomen funds coming
That's what I've been waiting for. That's it tongue.gif

Ok lah.. i view reit 5.5-6.5 is fair figure...around 150-200 bps to  MGS yield

Anyway I am practicing putting stock trading profits into long term income generating instruments..  tongue.gif

No capital is used to buy REITs  laugh.gif

Nak ikut method ini pun tongue.gif

Let me update you on MV car park during last Wednesday (Selangor public holiday but KL is working)

At 12PM, the car park is full as expected
And I was so AMAZED by the innovative of the cars being parked

You imagine,
As long as got tiang / didnt blocking the road / didn't blocking other cars to get in/out,
that's is PARKING LOT! tongue.gif

I did the same, left my contact numbers on the dashboard, and went for my shopping & movie.
No clamping or whatsoever when I leave. tongue.gif
The parking is literally insufficient!!
In other words, kaching for the management like IGBReit thumbup.gif

did they cut loss when selling? i think they probably still sold at profit as their buying price was quite low.  hmm.gif

Not sure eh

I remember he has Sunreit & Qcapital.

I guess his Sunreit breakeven but he profited from the dividend throughout the years. Qcap should be still ok.

Methinks with the electricity tariff hike, malls will adjust down their air con temperatures.    biggrin.gif

Yes that's what I read too.

Mall temperature will be adjusted to 25 degree. (so-called cost saving temperature)

Reit sifu liao rclxms.gif

Reit also can do short term trade now tongue.gif

Only a few Reit such as CMMT, AXREIT, SUNREIT, PAVREIT can do trading buy due to its liquidity.
