RM0.0561 per TWRREIT share owned as of EX-Date.

I see. That means if you own no shares as of Ex-date = no dividend. cry.gif

Correct !!!

sorry, I've more questions.

So this IGBREIT is giving out 3.61¢ with EX-date 14th Feb. That means if I buy now, I'll get 3.61¢ per share?
but how come it says dividend (%) is 0.00?? rclxub.gif

so there's no requirement on how long we must hold the REIT before we can receive the dividend?? hmm.gif

let's say, I'm a newbie and never invested in REIT. If I invest just before the Ex-date of the income distribution (like in the case of IGB), do I still get 0.0361 per share? Or does it have to get a purata over the last financial year (or quarter)?

You will get the divd if u own the REIT before Ex date..

I see. That means one can still get the full dividend (for example RM 0.0361 per share for IGBREIT) even if he buys before the Ex date and sell all after the Ex date, and he doesn't hold any REITs throughout the year?

then every year, before the Ex-date, the price will go up, no? hmm.gif
