Actually, what's wrong with starhill reits, it has the highest yield yet not much of buying interest. May I know why?

it seems like its not error for axis, the price went up to 3.3 den back to 3.22 again

May I know how to calculate the Adjusted Funds from Operation for Sunreit as I could not get the depreciation for properties (they do have depreciation for office equipment though, but not relevant in this case)?

Also is the capital expenditure equals to the subsequent expenditure in investment property in cashflow statement?

And since AFFO is to measure the ability of Reit to pay dividend, isn't the realised profit published by Sunreit already equal to the AFFO?

Would appreciate feedback from everyone. Newbie here.
