BTW , I do not give specific timreframe for my stocks to grow, maybe 20 years or so.......so long it is undervalued

How long u need to hold a stock in order not to be classified as a goreng kaki , 10 20 years ?

Well, if company does a lot of exports, u cannot say what the students do in Malaysia, the whole world would follow ......

And usually by knowing a few students buying Canon, and the end assumption would the whole Malaysia would do that.so called Sample test ....Casio is also chosen to be distributed under the 1Malaysia free items to students ........

BTW, the key issue is what " Quality assets " they hold for the past 15 years or so......and what Dividend Yield they pay for past 3 years.........Net 8% , I do not know .....Net Cash.....

how u compare the returns with others if u do not know how to convert to % ?

If reits have zero par value, no point if they declare 100% on par value lor.......

More like not declaring any dividends ...at all .....so why u want Dividends to be a certain % ......of par value

Better learn fast, then u can get some discounts on tuition fees.....

U make sense now .....surely Bursa would adjust the price down a few x sen according to the x sen given out.as DPU or dividend.....

But there is a possibility someone may push up ....later like some stocks I have ...not always lah
