AXREIT results out. Net rental income flat, but profit down significantly. Declared dividend also down.

The proposed deals are currently under negotiation, according to Datuk Stewart LaBrooy, chief executive officer of Axis REIT Managers Bhd, the manager of Axis REIT. LaBrooy said the assets to be acquired include six industrial buildings in Johor and an industrial facility in Prai, Penang. QUOTE(felixmask @ Jan 27 2014, 09:49 AM) Full report? Need to buy kua...Anyway, additional info in CLSA site... QUOTE Our Sector-selector Element Detector suggests we’ll see the best performances from businesses associated with Wood (retail, soft commodities, plantations . . . plantations?) and also Fire (the likes of internet, tech, telecoms, some oil & gas and power suppliers). As far as Malaysia is concerned, retail probably won't be doing well this year Among the zodiac signs, the Horse favours Tigers, Sheep (Goats) and Dogs. Those that may be in for a more challenging ride are Rats, Cows and Rabbits. But then pluck beats luck every time. Kung hei fat choi! And may the Horse be with you. If I were not mistaken, monorail will be extended to MidValley.QUOTE Meanwhile, the KL Monorail will get a boost with its fleet capacity to be doubled. sourceThe monorail line will also be extended, with the extension expected to be completed by 2017. Commuters travelling in the Jalan Klang Lama, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Bangsar and Mid Valley areas will benefit from the extension. This post has been edited by river.sand: Jan 28 2014, 04:42 PM |
