maybe because of change to Quarterly Dividend payout

should be good news,

can collect the dividend & reinvest in others counter or use for our expenses

what I mean was "collect" the dividend from all the stock & use for reinvestment purposes (buy penny stock or collect for IPO application fund )

FYI my dividend NOT RMx,xxx? okay, just small investor only

when? next few months?

I waited for the price to dropped, from high of 1.14 before I made my decision

Actually my target is below rm1 but fated to buy @ 1.02

if I remembered correctly, last time below rm1 was before the the Australian hotels announcement & it never went down to that level after that

Boustead shareholders approve Al-Hadharah Boustead REIT privatisation

Shareholders of Boustead Holdings Bhd has approved the privatisation of the Al-Hadharah Boustead REIT, which would pave the way to consolidate the group's plantation business under an enlarged Boustead Plantations Bhd.
Boustead Plantations is planned for an IPO with an estate size of 83,000 hectares producing over 1.2 million metric tones of fresh fruit bunches.

"Given our track record in the plantation sector coupled with the expertise that we have in hand, we are optimistic that the next few years will be exciting for the group," said group managing director Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin.

yup convert to BSD Plantation but those REIT unitholders gets cash only, no shares. later they intend to list the BSD Plantation as pure plantation company
