After Foreign sell down correction, now waiting the bank OPR to increaced..another correction toward MREITS

Wonder how much MRCB will get per share for injecting their prime property....

those shark using MSG yeild as benchmark/tandem to the yield rate shark want invest.

When M'sia Gov Bond- 10year maturity -yield has increased let said from 3% to 4 %.
Those New M'sia Gov Bond-10year Yield issue with higher cupon rate..therefore Those Old M'sia Gov Bond price will drop/Trade to match the new rate higher cupon rate. In which our BNM has the forumla for the price when interest has changed.

Indirectly foreign shark mass sell down(pare down) or control buying the REITS yeild toward 5% yield to satify the risk taking buying reits vs holding in M'sia Gov Bond.

So Reits yield usually 1%-2% above with Malaysia Gov Bond 10year maturity, for shark to eat or keep around.

Another reason too reduce the Forex Mass outflow - when shark cash out their investment.....

M'sia will increase the M'sia Gov Bond for shark better return. Holding some shark $$$ to stay on in M'sia investment.

During Financial 2008/2009, US implemented so call QE drug - print more money and Low interest borrowing..for their home country crisis..this hv spell out those shark giant taking the cheap money to invest in other region for better return compare their near Zero US 10 yr Treasurer Bill.

When Fed has decide drug soon be reduce gradually(QE tapering) and increace their US 10yr- Treasurer Bill; Shark which has well feed must return back their home money.
