QUOTE(yok70 @ Dec 25 2013, 10:07 PM)
I went went leisure mall for dinner with family. Almost every restaurants are full house. Mom said why so many people like to go out and eat. I said because it's one of the "entertainment" for them, and it's consider one of the cheap one. Mom said dinner cheap meh? Easily $200 for one family, just one meal. My sister said, Shangri La's buffet dinner today is $200+ for one person only, and it's full house unless you make booking at last week.

Economy no good meh?  biggrin.gif

When benefits reduce, everyone will definitely shout because less cash in the pocket. But still, they have enough cash to change their S4 into iphone 5s, go for long queue to buy new house costs over a million, and changing yam cha place from mak mak store into bubble tea house or cafe. And not to mention their cars are growing in size as well. My friend just sold his Honda and get a Audi, while complaining business not as good as before.  cool2.gif

Well said...
Even Proton/Perodua cars are lesser on the road compares with the likes of MiniCooper/BMW/VW/Peugeot/...
Who says economy no good...

QUOTE(river.sand @ Jan 7 2014, 02:30 PM)
The Mall and Subang Parade used to be prime malls. Today they are just neighborhood malls.
Atria used to be the best mall in PJ. It went downhill after 1Utama was opened...
So, prime malls of today could suffer similar fates in future.

That said, I am still optimistic with Mid Valley and 1Utama  icon_rolleyes.gif

OTOH, I find management of Suria KLCC lousy  sweat.gif
It remains popular, not least because it is accessible with LRT, and because tourists go there to see Petronas Twin Towers. But the Twin Towers have been eclipsed by many other skyscrapers. Let's see what will happen to Suria KLCC when MRT opens  rolleyes.gif

Agreed !!!
1 Utama will be even better with the MRT project

This chart doesn't have January, so we have to wait until beginning of March to judge it. Anyway it applies to Hang Seng Index. Where's the KLCI one?

New Spring starts every year on February 4th (aka Lap Chun)

I just enter last week. Can I entitle to get the dividen?
*
As long as you hold TWRREIT until EX-Date (11-Feb-2014)...
Eg. If you sell TWRREIT on 11-Feb, you will still get the dividend
If you sell TWRREIT on 10-Feb, you will not get the dividend

I see. That means if you own no shares as of Ex-date = no dividend.  cry.gif

QUOTE(moosset @ Feb 3 2014, 12:17 PM)
sorry, I've more questions.

So this IGBREIT is giving out 3.61¢ with EX-date 14th Feb. That means if I buy now, I'll get 3.61¢ per share?
but how come it says dividend (%) is 0.00??  rclxub.gif

Dividend is given in 2 notation: cents per share or percent of par value
