nope, its a specialised service to help clients write thier will, to distribute, disburse, dispose, donate (or whatever) thier assets, properties or belongings after thier death. normally the service will charge a fee based on a certain of the amount put into the will.... If i remember it correctly.

so to my understanding, based on my previous experience dealing with financial planners, Will writing executive is the guy to meet the cleint to extract the info, verify and organise them before being passed to the licensed 'writers', then to take the draft, explain them to the client, incorporate any amendments, then get the final out. later to do billing and chase for payment. ...... maybe.

Yeah will writing requires a lot of precision and accuracy. Wrong words can be misinterpreted and used against the person but since you are a law graduate you would totally understand it tongue.gif

I think more likely this position is for HSBC Trustee Service and the office is at Damansara tongue.gif Pretty tough job and normally they will take those law graduate which do not wanna take CLP which is a compulsory if want to be a lawyer. But if in Cyberjaya I myself not sure but I am well aware there is a Will Writing Dept
