Duration: 1to2hours.
Inject the foam inside the undercarriage and it will seal off the hollow sections. Injection take about 30 mins.after that we will leave it for about 30 mins to let the foam fully seals off all hollow section and start moisture with air.Foam mosturing process is about 30 mins.But for the foam to moisture 100%,it take about 1 week time.

Just did the basic undercarriage foam, immediately can feel the different once drive out to the road.
-Car feel much rigid and comfort too when crossing those red brick on road / yellow lines. Less road noice while on the road!
-Less body roll while doing cornering and more responsive.

Recommend you guys to go for full package for chassis foam to cover all pillars and undercarriage to feel the differences.

Money well spent to go for more parts to be filled with foam. More solid more rigid.

Steering feel more solid too.

bro.. nice meeting you just now..did the ultimate package- undercarriage, pillar a b & c plus door sill..will update a review once the foam fully cured. even than my ride feels a bit tighter and lower noise on rough roads. but to wait for 4hrs plus to complete the job that was the ultimate challenge

Oh hi.. i thought nobody interested to know the latest update about the ultimate package

So after travelling to several highways and going up Cameron highlands tapah road, i can easily say the car is firmer, the mid chassis flex is really less.
the car behaves like one solid chassis.. but a bit of hopping on uneven surfaces especially klang road, C Hilands areas, too firm i guess on badly condition roads.
The already good handling becomes even better as the mid areas is stiffen up.

but bear in mind im also on adjustables, and full set of ultraracing bars so the car is already stiff. So i have to reduce 1 psi for each tires to compensate the hopping and firmness.

the NVH reduced a bit from the road but now u can hear louder the tire sound..

my ride is Inspira.
