Guys, need some advice and guide here.

My wife is working in tadisma bukit jelutong business area...

Me in puchong...

We just bought an apartment in a much further down of shah alam...

But me n my wife been thinking of letting go that unit as it was like 30-35 mins drive for my wife to get to her office...

Our budget is looking for apartment/condo/studio at least 800sqft> and max budget of 350-400k...

Are there any good choice apartment in bukit jelutong or seksyen 13/14?

Kinda dislike all this studio apartment on a commercial land title development...

Would much prefer a real residential unit...

Price around 400k subsale...

But still looking at other option...

Any waterfish with very deep unlimited pocket pls go ahead...

Those that overextend themselves dont cry if u got slaughtered later 😢

One of their junior sales agent very good bring me n my wife tour most of the suria jelutong unit layout...

My god the corridor no natural light coming in...

They need to open lighting 24 hours...

N this project is commercial title... 😏😏

Dunno how much electricity money burn n the mgmt/jmb later will have to charge higher maint fee lah...

No natural air circulation in the corridor outside ur house...

Feel very claustrophobic and lack of oxygen...

Some of the room doesnt even have windows...

If ur lock in ur room for 24 hours prolly can die due to no oxygen 😂😂

Stay for a week here on airbnb....

What i can say is based on the material, furnishing , ID this place definitely got good standard.

My wife direct fall in loveco sider to buy. But the pricing is a bit on the high side
