Don't think anyone's ever replaced the camera module alone. You might have suffered some water damage to parts of the mainboard that interfaces with the camera.

Mainboard is around 600-700.

Since it's not covered by warranty, you could send it in to SC to check. They may have a spare camera module lying around for a lot less.

Send to SC and hook wink them.  No harm trying.

See if the water damage indicator has turned red. If it has they will know that water is involved.

It's a small rectangular piece of paper somewhere at the side of the battery compartment.

Don't recall if there's another water damage indicator on the inside.

If you havent flash the Stock India Offical 4.3 and just play with the Custom from DN3/Pebonix/Dr.Ketan you can downgrade to stock official 4.2.2

if you did upgrade to official 4.3 with its lovable bootloader. then NO. absolutely NO.

as far as i know it is not possible to downgrade
you will lose your imei like i did  few days ago
not sure if there is another way. can search at xda forum..

check your bootloader using terminal

get this    and    type this

you can still downgrade to this firmware

its our last official 4.2.2 upgrade.

Reset before flashing.

you need to reset the counter first before flash via odin.... or long way...

flash via odin... re root using cfautoroot... then use triangle away to clear counter then unroot.

use old odin. 1.85 for old firmware.

Not very sure but for Note 3 , it's not possible . Eg if u r on build MJ7 , u cant downgrade to earlier MJ1 if the bootloader is different . The disadvantage of Odin flash , it flashes the bootloader as well as the firmware .

Just saw your previous post u were on 4.3 ...... I dont think it's possible to downgrade anymore . Even 4.3 to 4.3 with different bootloader is not possible in Note 3

Flash stock rom Ditto N3 is based on and install again Ditto N3 . Sorry , I dont know much about it as I have used Carbon Rom all these while
