Have to say im impressed and happy with Samsung' s service.
Had a week left in my warranty and sent it for repair as my LED had a pink mark and rectangular dark stretch when lights are off and screen with black background. USB port was also messed up, can charge but unable to get a browse folder in PC. Sent it for repair at 1U on Sunday and collected the phone on Monday evening. They replaced with a new LED screen and USB port no questions asked  |

Anyone had this problem?
I sent my note 2 for service warranty, they replaced my led screen and USB port last week. Today I just tried to update my software but I get the popup saying my device has been modified and unable to update. Btw I have never root my phone or anything before. Stock firmware all the way, and this is the first time I received this prompt... |

Oh nvm, found out the problem.
I had to unmount my sd card for the status to revert back to normal. I find it weird that the phone status will change to modified over something in the sd card even when it's firmware is still intact as stock.. |
