Last I check Note 2 don't have LTE except for the Note 2 N7105 which is the LTE model.

Not sure if flashing a N7105 rom into a N7100 device will give it LTE capabilities, if it does, then lucky you.

Can someone who has done the N7105 rom flash on a N7100 device give an update if you guys get LTE coverage?

shocking.gif What a misleading statement. You are inviting ppl to flash 7105 rom on 7100, why dont you try 1st let us know (update us man).

By your statements, it has prove that you have no knowledge on rom flashing and thus pls pls dont simply comment.
Keeping quiet doesnt mean you are mute.
Come on, flashing 7105 rom on 7100 will brick the device.

its works on XZU like uncle benny said but doesnt mean it will work on Note2 . In fact , it cant work . As mentioned before , a brick is confirmed to happen or worst case , no signal totally as I accidentally flashed perseus LTE kernel before on my phone a few times , ended up with no imei , no baseband and of course , no signal

Flashing any N7105 firmware into N7100 will brick the phone tongue.gif
XZU can do it doesn't mean we also can. XZU use Snapdragon procs that already have integrated LTE chip inside. Note2 use Exynos 4412 for both N7100 and N7105 but the N7105 comes with extra separate LTE modem.

Thanks for sharing, I sincerely appreciate it.

Honestly I am not "inviting" anyone to try, but if someone did it would be great if that person can share the knowledge if LTE is working or not. (that is call surveying not inviting)

If I was inviting, I guessed I would have said, COME let's try update N7105 rom on N7100 device. which I did not.

I have no knowledge on rom flashing? wow... I guess you should see my previous threads on other phone models, I've rooted many of my devices (Acer Liquid, HTC Sensation, Galaxy S2, Note 1) prior to this but not on a Note 2 since I need to use this damn software to receive my office email.

Nvm la bro... it's not like you know me anyway.. so it's fine and dandy biggrin.gif icon_rolleyes.gif
