I have always been the biggest fan of the iPhone 5 design which is the same design language for the iPhone 5S. However, when I picked up the iPhone 5C, I realised how beautiful it looks - even more so than the 5S/5. I can't even begin to explain it. I held both 5C & 5S side by side and eventually, I decided that I like 5C Blue the best.

There is a certain heft to the 5C that I enjoy. While the 5S is very light, it just feels too lightweight. The built quality of the 5C is phenomenal for a plastic back phone but the colour is very nice. I was quite surprised that for the first time, I prefer the 5C to the 5S.

However, judging from the forum discussions, it looks like there is very little response to the 5C. I'm not sure why that is so.

Because basically iphone 5 + plastic casing from pasar malam = 5c nod.gif

I'm agree with you, i sold my iPhone 5 for the white 5C just because their design, looks and feel more better than 5S. The only winner for 5S for me is light, aluminium, better spec. 5C feel more solid and dense. Those r said 5C is feel cheaper better they think again with their though. For me 5C more like a real phone eventhough i've a budget for 5S.

For those who think the 5C is low class, spend some of your time play with it at any Apple reseller
It aint that bad, feel solid compared to 5S which is looks more fragile..

The little response is due to the low number in users.
I reckon there's only about 5 5C users here including myself.

One more thing I realised with the iPhone 5C is that because of the plastic body, it doesn't feel as warm/hot compared to the iPhone 5 / 5S. The iPhone 5S can get pretty hot especially when doing intensive stuff. iPhone 5C will also get warm but it's not as bad as the aluminium enclosure.

I think there are more than you realize. I only know 5c owners - no 5s owners yet.

It's smooth and fluid. You can go and try it for yourself at Machines, Switch, Maxis, Celcom and other outlets with demo units.

But I genuinely think Maps is a little slow on the 5C.
Other than that all is fine.

Doubt it will lag unless your phone storage went low which is normal. That's why choose capacity wisely.
