best design for me are xbox 360 and wii...

ps3 are bigger abit than xbox1. so yeah, it's black and it's big, thats the criteria that killed xbox1.

their games cater to kids, and they know japs love small things. small = kawai too, so why not? its bettah than the fugly xbox1

Wrong, their target has always been Everyone. Right now they're planning to attract those who play and those who don't play with their Wii.

im refering to his point on why has they been making small consoles. n64 was targetted to kids. and if you look at the games revolution has to offer, most are targetted to younger audience.

There you making a mistake, Revolution was history, Wii is the future. Small in size doesn't mean it's for kids, Metroid Prime is for Teen, Super Smash Bros. is for Teen, the whole Mario series rated E for Everyone. This tells you that Everyone is for 6 years and older. Older could be 40, 50 or maybe 60 years? who knows.

That's call advertising, Nintendo is targeting everyone with it's Wii doesn't mean everyone will buy it, I know my grandma will die if she actually play like that, but face it, the great titles on Nintendo so far is all kiddie games, dont get me wrong, kiddy games are good and fun, the adult will buy them for the obvious reason, mario, zelda bla bla bla, the games and characters that grew up with them, I know I'm getting Wii and DSL for mario and zelda

damn, those vertical design, there are all originates from sony..! good for sony!

I think the next-gen designs are quite nice besides the PS3 (that's a LOT of holes for ventilation, Kaz.)
I just hope the Wii doesn't have that many holes too...

is ps3 now have 2 version ar? the silver one look slim than the balck one izzit?

PS3 with vent holes maybe is 60gb/80GB series.
without the holes maybe is 40gb/20gb PS3
