AH Tech Talk: The iPhone 5S’ 64-bit Processor Is Mainly a Marketing Gimmick Right Now http://www.androidheadlines.com/2013/09/ah...-right-now.html============ It seems that the A7 is a hybrid, not true 64bit. Still, hats off to them for bringing it first, but I agree that in the short term, there is NO DIFFERENCE. It will take at least 1 year for the rest of the ecosystem to catch up. Good though to have competition for ARM and Intel.

Some rational thinking, IF iSheep want to listen....... http://blog.gsmarena.com/the-story-behind-...-its-customers/......Instead, to ensure the high sales of the iPhone 5s, they made the cheaper iPhone 5c less likeable. Here, have a cheaper looking iPhone 5c instead. They are sending a message out there – you cannot have our current flagship design for less money. And this might as well turn into a trend for the company in the years to come. The company chose to cripple last year’s model just so everyone goes for the most expensive, even if unspectacular flagship, instead of going the other way round, by making the new flagship so desirable that no one would actually consider the midranger.

Agree... reflected on the price drop in stock.

QUOTE(joytest @ Sep 11 2013, 10:59 PM) Seriously???? Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 3 could become ‘true eight-core’ devices through software upgrade http://www.sammobile.com/2013/09/11/samsun...ftware-upgrade/.......According to Meizu, HMP can be implemented through a software upgrade, and will be made available to the MX3, its current flagship that uses the same Exynos chip as the Galaxy S4. This means that we should see Samsung doing the same for its own devices, and it could be the reason why the Korean manufacturer is only showing off the new eight-core capability without naming a new Exynos chipset. ================= If so, their current production microcode must have been rushed out the door, and they spent time cleaning it up. CCI with microcode control........interesting...... wonder how the battery life once fire all 8 cores ...

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Sep 11 2013, 11:42 PM) wonder how the battery life once fire all 8 cores ... black hole yo. even ur quad core or dual core rarely more than 1 core, its like intel turboboost and will increase the clock speed and processor activated with load. custom kernels have abilities to off the extra cores too, or on it permanently

Nexus 7 can be use as ebook reader and video player as it have bigger screen. No need to carry it aound. Just leave and use when you at home. Galaxy Nexus keep for spare phone. If your cash very tight...sell both..!!
