i have elcb installed beside WH switch n-th years back (refer to attached pic):
May i know whether i should replace it to RCCB with 10mA sensitivity?
Is water heater safe to use?

Edit.. the RCD will usually have a test button to press .. Leaking a small current to ground thus tripping out the electricity supply..
